Can I return items?

You can return your online order within 14 days of receiving it, in person or by using the enclosed return details. Please note, that items must be in their original packaging, unused/unworn, in the same condition it left the boutique. Items must be accompanied by the whole dispatch note. 

Items purchased in-store can be exchanged within 28 days, but no refunds will be offered. Baker Brothers is unable to accept returns on Rolex, sale items, or cleaning products. This does not affect your statutory rights. When returning items to Baker Brothers, they must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. 

We cannot accept returns on specially ordered items, bespoke jewellery, or any products that have been altered, resized, or engraved.
