The wait for Baselworld 2018 is over and the releases are coming thick and fast, here is an overview of the latest releases from TUDOR watches.

Tudor Black Bay GMT - £2,790

The Black Bay divers watch has been given a colourful makeover, which is somewhat similar to the new Rolex GMT master II released by sister company Rolex. This Black Bay watch now also features a new GMT function which establishes local time without losing sight of the time in two other time zones.

The distinctive blue and burgundy bezel is 41mm in size with a polished and satin finish case. The bracelet is also polished and satin finished with an alternative brown leather strap available.

Tudor Black Bay Fifty-Eight - £2,340

Another new addition to the Black Bay family is the new ‘Fifty-Eight’ Model, this timepiece pays tribute to the brand’s first divers watches from the 1950’s and features the new Calibre MT5402 movement.

The Black Bay ‘Fifty-Eight’ is named after the year in which the first TUDOR divers watch was introduced and dubbed the “big crown”. This new release also features the gold finishing touches applied to the hour markers, hands and minute track of the black and steel bezel which is reminiscent of the early divers watches created by TUDOR.

This 39mm watch is available with a riveted steel bracelet with polished and satin finish, a brown leather strap or a black fabric strap with a gold-coloured band with buckle. As you would expect from a divers watch, this timepiece is waterproof up to 200m (600 ft).

Tudor Black Bay Steel & Gold - £3,580

Following on from the steel and gold Black Bay which was released in 2017 and famously worn by David Beckham who is the official ambassador for TUDOR watches, the new Black Bay steel and gold now features a champagne coloured dial.

The characteristics of the Black Bay steel and gold have been drawn from TUDOR’s history – It inherits its domed dial, crystal and general lines from the first divers’ watches and it features the ‘snowflake’ hands from the TUDOR watches used by the French navy in the 1970’s.

Tudor 1926 - £2,450

The classically styled TUDOR 1926 is named after the year in which Hans Wilsdorf founded the brand and it captures the essence of the brand, reflecting the world of fine Swiss watch making. This watch is perfect for both men and women and comes in four sizes with a wide choice of dials.

The domed dial creates a vintage touch with a delicately embossed design, contrasted by the smooth minute scale. The wealth of detail within each element of this watch demonstrates the craftsmanship.

Dial Choices – The TUDOR 1926 is available in a choice of silver, opaline or black dials and either even Arabic numerals or hour versions where the odd-numbered hour markers are set with diamonds.
