Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The rules of the sponsorship application and how to enter are as follows:

1. Download and submit our Sponsorship application form, found on the main Sponsorship page. 
2. Only one application per team or group may be submitted. Multiple entries may result in your team or group being disregarded for sponsorship.
3. The Sponsorship is as follows: Baker Brothers Jewellers Ltd will provide up to £500 of Sponsorship to the chosen team or group that will be carefully selected from the applications received
4. The Sponsorship is not transferable. Sponsorship is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any Sponsorship offer with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter your application.
6. The winner agrees to the reasonable use of the team or group name and agreed on images in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
7. The promoter is Baker Brothers Jewellers Ltd (company no. 02163786) whose registered office is at Verulam Point, Station Way, St Albans, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. AL1 5HE.
8. The application is open to residents of the United Kingdom except for employees of Baker Brothers Jewellers and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
9. Closing date for entry will be announced on the Baker Brothers Community Fund Sponsorship Page. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. Winners will be chosen by considered selection.
13. The winner will be notified within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / will be delivered.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
